Trail Dog
By: William Dire Wolff
Another bad day at the old gas pump
One more gallon and my cash was sunk
Didn't look up, but I still could see
A pretty country girl with a truck like me.
I drive from the mountain to the valley wide
I see her in the forest on either side
So tell me friend if you ever do see
A pretty country girl with a truck like me.
She's just another girl with a pick-up truck
But I'm sure she's got brothers and a lot of luck
And I'm slow movin'
So I'll just keep toolin' along.
